SEOUL, June 7 (UPI) -- Wondergirls, the top female pop group in South Korea, plan a U.S. tour this summer with the Jonas Brothers, promoters said.
The group is also to release an English-language album, The Korea Times reported. It will include English versions of two of its Korean-language hits, "Nobody" and "Tell Me," as well as a song written by the U.S. pop group, the Jonas Brothers.
Like the Jonas Brothers, a boy band from Wyckoff, N.J., the Wondergirls, a five-member group, became a hit on TV. They were featured on "MTV Wondergirls" and became a popular hit in 2007.
Wondergirls will open for the Jonas Brothers on a tour beginning June 27 and continuing into August.
