NEW YORK, June 5 (UPI) -- CBS said Friday it has partnered with The Black Eyed Peas to feature its as-yet-unreleased single "I Gotta Feeling" to promote the U.S. network's fall schedule.

The song will be featured in the network's summer-long, on-air promotional campaign for CBS's upcoming slate of programming.

"Feeling" will first appear in promotional spots during breaks of CBS's "The 63rd annual Tony Awards" show Sunday.

"The upbeat song, with the refrain 'I gotta feeling that tonight's gonna be a good (good) night,' will be officially released on The Black Eyed Peas's fifth studio album, 'The E.N.D.,' out June 9," the network said in a news release.

"We are enthusiastic about CBS's upcoming schedule and 'I Gotta Feeling' has a positive message that captures that idea perfectly," Ron Scalera, executive vice president and creative director of CBS Marketing Group, said in a statement. "The Black Eyed Peas know how to make hits and we know their music can help us make some hits of our own."

The hip-hop group's track "Boom Boom Pow" has been No. 1 on the U.S. music chart for nine weeks.
