NEW YORK, May 21 (UPI) -- U.S. actress and singer Jane Krakowski will count down 50 of television's funniest catch phrases in the special "TV's 50 Funniest Phrases," NBC said Thursday.

The show is to be presented by the Paley Center for Media and to air on NBC Tuesday.

"From 'No soup for you' to 'We are two wild and crazy guys' to 'Hug it out,' catch phrases are instantly recognizable and become part of popular culture," the network said in a release. "With great scenes from the shows and interviews with the stars who brought the lines to life, this program will celebrate the history and humor of catch phrases."

Jeremy Piven, Gabe Kaplan, Dana Carvey, Neil Patrick Harris, Jean Stapleton, Andy Griffith, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Jackie Gleason, Bob Newhart, Penny Marshall, Polly Holliday and Redd Foxx are among some of the iconic stars featured in the 2-hour special, NBC said.

Krakowski is best known for her work on the Emmy Award-winning comedy series "Ally McBeal" and "30 Rock." She also won a Tony Award for her performance in the stage musical "Nine."
