"Che" premiere at The Times BFI London Film Festival

DALLAS , May 19 (UPI) -- Steven Soderbergh's film "The Girlfriend Experience" is slated to premiere as a sneak preview on HDNet Movies, the U.S. company said.

Starring Sasha Grey, the movie is to debut Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET. HDNet described "Girlfriend" in a news release as "a drama about the fraught relationship between our professional lives and our personal lives in the age of post-crisis capitalism."

Grey, 21, is an adult film star making her feature film debut as Chelsea, "an upscale Manhattan call girl who provides more than just a sexual encounter; for a price, she'll simulate a complete romantic relationship -- a girlfriend 'experience,'" HDNet said.

All sneak preview films are free to HDNet Movies subscribers and premiere before they open in theaters.

Soderbergh's credits include "Che," "The Good German," "Ocean's 11," "Traffic" and "Erin Brockovich."
