CHICAGO, May 16 (UPI) -- Jen Schefft, who failed to find love on the U.S. TV series "The Bachelorette," has married in Chicago, USmagazine.com said in an exclusive report.
The online version of US Weekly said Schefft, 32, married fellow Chicagoan Joe Waterman in a traditional wedding ceremony Friday evening.
Schefft appeared in the third season of "The Bachelorette," but rejected all of the available suitors.
Schefft was picked as the winning female contestant on the third season of "The Bachelor," earning a proposal from show bachelor Andrew Firestone. The couple later split.
People.com said Schefft later met Waterman, 35, after they were set up on a blind date. The couple's relationship blossomed from there.
"We really get each other," Schefft told People.com following her 2008 engagement to Waterman. "I guess it's true things move fast when you meet the right person."
