Snoop Dogg sidekick hit with pot charge

NORFOLK, Va., May 14 (UPI) -- A member of rapper Snoop Dogg's entourage was arrested this week on a misdemeanor marijuana charge at a Virginia hotel, police said.

The Norfolk Virginian-Pilot said the unidentified suspect was arrested Tuesday night at the Norfolk Plaza Hotel.

Police spokeswoman Karen Parker-Chesson told the newspaper Snoop Dogg, who performed a concert Tuesday at The NorVa, wasn't involved in the incident.
