LOS ANGELES, May 12 (UPI) -- Rodeo star Ty Murray became the latest celebrity eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles Tuesday night.
"I've got a whole new respect for what these guys do. It's so hard," Murray said as the studio audience gave him a standing ovation. "I talked to (professional dance partner Chelsie Hightower) and said trying to teach me to dance is like teaching a blind guy to paint. ... I just tried to remember the steps."
"I feel so honored to have gotten Ty for my first season," Hightower said. "He's so down to earth and he's such a good guy and I could not have asked for a better celebrity. I'm so happy and so proud of him."
Still in the running for the coveted mirrorball trophy, along with their professional dance partners, are Melissa Rycroft, Shawn Johnson and Gilles Marini.
The "DWTS" finals are scheduled for Monday and the season finale is set for next Tuesday.
