Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

MUMBAI, May 5 (UPI) -- Hollywood's 20th Century Fox is suing Bollywood's BR Films over what it has described as an unauthorized remake of its 1992 big-screen comedy "My Cousin Vinny."
The BBC said Fox is suing the Indian company for $1.42 million in Mumbai's High Court, claiming the dialogue and story for "Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai" are too close to the American version, which co-starred Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei.
BR Films has denied the allegations, arguing its film is original because the characters and settings are different from "Vinny," the BBC said.
