JACKSON, Miss., May 2 (UPI) -- Singer-actress Jamie Lynn Spears's boyfriend, Casey Aldridge, is out of a Mississippi hospital after being injured in a truck accident, a family source says.

An unidentified family source said Aldridge, 20, is "doing well" after suffering a head injury when he flipped his pick-up truck following a bachelor party celebration, People.com reported Saturday.

"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," the source said of Aldridge's release from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss., Friday. "He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good."

The anonymous source said Aldridge did not suffer any permanent damage in last Sunday's early-morning accident that took place after he and friends took part in a bachelor party for a cousin.

The source told People Aldridge, who has a 10-month-old child with Spears, is recuperating at a home in Liberty, Miss.
