NEW YORK, April 30 (UPI) -- A Manhattan Criminal Court judge has convicted Brady Green of stalking model and TV personality Tyra Banks.

Banks testified against the 39-year-old Brooklyn supermarket worker Wednesday and the guilty verdict for stalking and harassment was handed down Thursday, the New York Daily News reported.

The judge did not sentence Green to jail time, but he extended an order of protection to keep him away from Banks and suggested his lawyer find him a new place to live, preferably outside of New York, the Daily News said.

Green was accused of making a nuisance of himself at the Manhattan studio where "The Tyra Banks Show" tapes.

He also is said to have threatened a staffer who wouldn't let him in to see the show.
