JERUSALEM, April 24 (UPI) -- Dev Patel and Freida Pinto, who played soul mates in the movie "Slumdog Millionaire," have been photographed cuddling in Israel.

The pair, who spent a lot of time promoting the Oscar-winning film together, have previously denied they are dating in real life.

The London Telegraph said Pinto, 24, a Mumbai-born former model, is shooting her latest movie "Miral" in Israel and Patel, 19, a British actor, flew out to visit her. Pinto was photographed with her head on Patel's shoulder during an apparent outdoor lunch date this week.

Despite the alleged couple's denials romance followed them off the big-screen, co-star Anil Kapoor, said, "When I meet them, I feel there is something happening." He added the two actors shared "a magical chemistry."

The Telegraph said Pinto's ex-boyfriend Rohan Antao blames Patel for their breakup.

"I don't know if they were having a sexual relationship, but if I came face to face with him I would have things to say. Now everywhere I go, I see them on billboards. I am devastated," Antao said.
