LONDON, April 19 (UPI) -- British comedian Russell Brand said Sunday his attempted radio comeback will include an appearance by TV host Jonathan Ross.

Brand, who quit his Radio 2 series following a controversial prank of actor Andrew Sachs, said the former co-host will be joining him and Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher for Sunday's talkSPORT program, The Sunday Telegraph reported.

"Tonight at 9 p.m. GMT, I will be on talkSPORT with Noel Gallagher," Brand, 33, said in a Twitter message to fans. "There is a special guest appearance from Jonathan Ross. Mischievous."

Brand and Ross came under media scrutiny in October when they called Sachs during a recording of "The Russell Brand Show" and joked that they had slept with the "Fawlty Towers" actor's 23-year-old granddaughter, Georgina Baillie.

But Brand vowed in a second Twitter message Sunday that the pair will behave themselves when they reunite for talkSPORT, the Telegraph said.

"We will not upset anyone -- we will be three men filled with love and humanity. I promise," Brand said.
