Report: Klum pregnant with baby No. 4

LOS ANGELES, April 15 (UPI) -- German-born supermodel Heidi Klum is nearly 4 months pregnant with her third child by her singer husband Seal, sources told E! News.

The couple are already the parents of 3-year-old Henry Gunther Ademola Dashtu Samuel and 2-year-old Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel.

Seal is also the stepfather of Klum's 4-year-old daughter, Helene, by Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.
