LOS ANGELES, April 14 (UPI) -- U.S. starlet Lindsay Lohan finds the funny in her tabloid persona and her recent breakup with Samantha Ronson by appearing in a fake eHarmony dating ad.

The 22-year-old actress and singer, who is as well known for her trips to rehab and brushes with the law as she is for her movies, stars in the fake ad featured on FunnyorDie.com. A counter on the comedy Web site said Tuesday afternoon that the video had gotten nearly 780,000 hits since it debuted Monday.

"Hi, my name is Lindsay and I'm searching for love," Lohan tells her faux potential suitors in the video personal ad. "I'm recently single, I think, and I'm looking for someone who I can spend the rest of my life with, or at least the rest of my probation with."

The star of "Freaky Friday," "The Parent Trap" and "Mean Girls" goes on to jokingly describe herself as creative, a "bit of a night owl," a workaholic and, "according to the state of California, an alcoholic."
