Streisand concert DVDs coming soon

NEW YORK, April 8 (UPI) -- "Streisand the Concerts," a new 3-disc DVD showcasing some of U.S. singer Barbra Streisand's most memorable performances, is coming out this month.

The set, featuring exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and 17 songs never before released on DVD, is to hit stores April 28, through Hip-O/Universal Music Enterprises. The set is being distributed worldwide by Live Nation and S2BN Entertainment.

The release will follow "Streisand: Live in Concert," a one-hour special to air on CBS April 25. The program will feature one of the most celebrated concerts on her 2006 North American tour, Live Nation and S2BN said in a news release.
