LOS ANGELES, April 7 (UPI) -- Charlie Sheen's publicist said the actor's infant son Max has been discharged from a Los Angeles hospital and has joined his family at home.

The child was born prematurely, along with his twin brother Bob, March 14. The boys are Sheen's first sons and first children with his wife Brooke Mueller. He has three daughters from previous relationships.

Sheen's representative told Usmagazine.com Tuesday that baby Max, who was kept in the hospital until he gained more weight, went home a few days ago.
