LOS ANGELES, March 26 (UPI) -- A 34-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly jumped the fence at the "Dancing with the Stars" studio in Los Angeles and police found guns in his car.

E! News said "DWTS" competitor Shawn Johnson, a 17-year-old Olympic gymnast, has been granted a restraining against Robert Michael O'Ryan, the Florida man arrested Tuesday for allegedly trespassing at CBS Studios, purportedly in the hope of seeing Johnson.

Los Angeles police allegedly discovered "a loaded .45 handgun, a loaded shotgun and materials classically used for kidnapping including duct tape, zip ties (and) a map to the victim" in O'Ryan's car, E! News quoted court documents filed by Johnson's parents as saying.

"Also found were love letters, clippings and other information on (Johnson,)" the petition said.

Usmagazine.com said Thursday O'Ryan has been charged with one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle. O'Ryan is being held on $35,000 bail but prosecutors are expected to request his bail be set at $220,000 now that he has been charged, the magazine's Web site said.
