LOS ANGELES, March 25 (UPI) -- Welsh actor Michael Sheen, who played Tony Blair in "The Queen" and "The Deal," may portray the former British Prime Minister again in an HBO production.

Dennis Quaid is expected to play former U.S. President Bill Clinton and Julianne Moore his wife Hillary in "The Special Relationship," a TV movie penned by Peter Morgan, who wrote "The Queen" and "The Deal," Variety.com said.

If officially approved, the project is said to be earmarked as Morgan's directorial debut, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said. Morgan also wrote this year's best picture Oscar contender "Frost/Nixon," which starred Sheen, as well.

Quaid previously played a bumbling, easily manipulated U.S. president in the comedy "American Dreamz."
