LONDON, March 20 (UPI) -- Two music videos directed by the late Australian actor Heath Ledger are to be released, the BBC reported.

Ledger died in January 2008 of an accidental prescription drug overdose at the age of 28. The actor won a posthumous Oscar last month for his work in "The Dark Knight."

The BBC said music clips he directed for Modest Mouse's "King Rat" and Grace Woodroofe's cover of David Bowie's "Quicksand" will soon get a release. The British broadcaster did not say when or where they are expected to air, however.

Ledger previously directed music videos for the Australian hip-hop artist N'fa and the late singer-songwriter Nick Drake.
