Goody's funeral wishes revealed

LONDON, March 20 (UPI) -- Terminally ill British reality TV personality Jade Goody has said she wants to be buried in a churchyard near her home, her publicist said.

Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer last August and underwent treatment but the disease has since spread to her bowel, liver and groin. She recently left the hospital and headed home to spend her final days with her husband and two young children.

The 27-year-old "Big Brother" star has asked that a traditional service be held for her at the 180-year-old St. John the Baptist church in Buckhurst Hill. The mother of two young sons has also specifically requested that the funeral be a "big celebration" of her life, The Daily Telegraph reported.

"She wants everybody to be there, with plenty of room outside for screens," the newspaper quoted publicist Max Clifford as saying. "She wants it to be a big celebration because it's her final farewell to everybody. It will be a very Jade Goody event, exactly the way she wants it."
