NEW YORK, March 16 (UPI) -- Motley Crue announced in New York Monday that Godsmack, Theory of a Deadman and Drowning Pool have joined the lineup of its Crue Fest 2.
The announcement regarding Motley Crue's 2nd annual summer festival tour was made during a press conference at the Fuse TV studio in Manhattan.
Also included on the bill are the newcomers Charm City Devils.
In addition to announcing the lineup, the Crue debuted a new music video featuring members of all five Crue Fest 2 bands performing "White Trash Circus," the single of which became available to radio Monday.
During the announcement, Motley Crue was joined on stage by Sully Erna of Godsmack, Tyler Connolly of Theory of a Deadman, Ryan McCombs of Drowning Pool and John Allen of Charm City Devils.
Crue Fest 2 is produced by Live Nation and set to kick off July 19 in Camden, N.J. The show is expected to tour across North America and to conclude Sept. 5 in Darien Lake, N.Y.
"This is what we imagined when we came up with the idea of Crue Fest last summer -- putting together the most kick-ass bands on one bill for a day of rock. All of the bands on this tour complement the others -- musically, theatrically and passionately," said Motley Crue's Nikki Sixx.
