Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

INDIO, Calif., March 9 (UPI) -- Amy Winehouse's publicist says the troubled British singer has scrapped her gig at next month's Coachella Music Festival in California.
"She cannot go because of current legal issues," her U.S. publicist Chris Goodman told People magazine, referring to Winehouse's arrest last week in London for an alleged assault on a fan last September. She is due back in court March 17.
Goodman denied the 25-year-old recording artist has been barred from entering the United States, however, People.com said.
Winehouse reportedly is still slated to perform at a 50th birthday celebration for her British record label, Island, May 31.
