LOS ANGELES, March 5 (UPI) -- Ginnifer Goodwin, John Corbett and Bridget Moynahan have signed up for roles in the big-screen adaptation of Beverly Cleary's book, "Ramona and Beezus."
The Hollywood Reporter said "Aquamarine" director Elizabeth Allen is heading up the movie, which is based on the beloved children's novel about a spirited little girl and her bossy big sister. It is slated to start shooting in Vancouver next month.
Goodwin is to play Aunt Bea, while Moynahan and Corbett will play the two titular characters' parents -- Dorothy and Bob Quimby, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.
