LOS ANGELES, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Turner Classic Movies said Monday it plans to pay tribute to late actor and former U.S. President Ronald Reagan next month.

Reagan's daughter, Patti Davis, has agreed to join TCM host Robert Osborne for the monthlong festival and is expected to provide personal insights and memories of Reagan during introductions to the tribute's 31 films.

"TCM's Star of the Month: Ronald Reagan" festival is to air Wednesdays in March, beginning each night at 8 p.m. ET.

Among the films set to be screened are "Knute Rockne, All American," "Kings Row," "The Santa Fe Trail," "Hellcats of the Navy," "Dark Victory;" and four entries in Reagan's series of Lt. "Brass" Bancroft movies from 1939 and 1940.

"It was great fun seeing my father's movies, some of them again, some for the first time," Davis said in a statement. "'Kings Row' is still my favorite, as it was when I saw it as a child. But I enjoyed watching all of the films."

"I'm sure Ronnie would be delighted to see his movies being shown on TCM," added Reagan's wife and Davis' mother, former first lady Nancy Reagan. "I am delighted to see them again, too."
