Eisner to interview Ferguson, Marshall

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS , N.J., Feb. 16 (UPI) -- Craig Ferguson, Penny Marshall and Stan Lee have agreed to appear on "CNBC's Conversations with Michael Eisner," the U.S. network announced.

The comedian, actress-filmmaker and comic-book industry icon are slated to discuss their lives and career achievements on Tuesday's installment of Eisner's monthly interview series.

Eisner previously served as chief executive officer of The Walt Disney Co. from 1984 to 2005.
