NEW YORK, Feb. 11 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Lisa Regina says she's dropping her $5 million civil lawsuit against "Sopranos" co-star Vincent Pastore since he agreed to pay up to $150,000.

Regina's suit charged Pastore with harming her in a 2005 altercation that began in his car as they were driving in New York, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

Pastore, who earlier pleaded guilty to attempted assault in the criminal case, denied striking her.

He agreed to pay Regina just as he was being recalled to the stand to testify Tuesday before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paul Feinman, the Post said.

The Post said settlement terms, officially confidential, were overhead in court.
