UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., Feb. 2 (UPI) -- A special 3D episode of the U.S. comedy series "Chuck" is to stream for free on NBC.com in both 3D and regular 2D formats a day after airing on TV, NBC said.
The special episode is slated for broadcast on the network Monday night and then to begin streaming on NBC.com Tuesday morning, Vivi Zigler, president of NBC Universal Digital Entertainment, said Monday.
"NBC.com has again demonstrated the complimentary relationship between online and on-air," Zigler said in a statement. "The site supplements the broadcast experience with additional options. We're happy to give 'Chuck' fans choices when deciding when and how to watch."
Viewers can find out where to pick up free 3D glasses with which to watch the episode on NBC.com at http://www.nbc.com/Chuck/about/news/.
