Spears's father files restraining orders

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Jamie Spears, father of Britney Spears, obtained restraining orders against men he deemed harmful to his pop star daughter, Los Angeles court documents say.

Los Angeles Superior Court documents show that the elder Spears obtained three restraining orders against a lawyer, along with his daughter's former manager and her former boyfriend, People.com said Friday.

The restraining orders target lawyer Jon Eardley, manager Sam Lutfi and paparazzi photographer Adnan Ghalib.

Spears alleged in the court documents that the three men "are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being."

Spears claims that Ghalib, who used to date the "Toxic" singer, is a negative part of his daughter's life as he routinely organizes paparazzi shoots of her.

The elder Spears has accused Lutfi, who used to manage his daughter, and Eardley of attempting to disrupt the conservatorship he and lawyer Andrew Wallet have of the pop star's affairs, People.com reported.
