Will Smith nervous about daughter dating


NEW ORLEANS , Jan. 30 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor Val Kilmer has agreed to serve as Bacchus XLI during next month's Mardis Gras parade in New Orleans, krewe officials said Friday.
Kilmer is best known for his roles in the movies "Real Genius," "Top Gun," "The Doors," "Batman Forever," "Tombstone" and "Deja Vu."
"We are very pleased that Val Kilmer has agreed to serve as the celebrity king of the Krewe of Bacchus," Owen "Pip" Brennan, Captain of Bacchus, told the (New Orleans) Times-Picayune. "Val has a wonderful love of New Orleans and he will certainly be the kind of king that our crowds love."
The parade is scheduled to take place Feb. 22.
