Miranda Cosgrove to release 1st solo EP

NEW YORK, Jan. 28 (UPI) -- Nickelodeon/Columbia Records has announced plans to release "About You Now," the five-track debut solo EP from U.S. singer/actress Miranda Cosgrove.

Cosgrove, 15, plays the title character on the popular Nickelodeon television series "iCarly."

Set to be released on iTunes Feb. 3, her new EP includes the original and "Spider remix" version of Cosgrove's hit single, "About You Now," as well as the "Spider remix" of "Stay My Baby," one of Cosgrove's key tracks from "iCarly -- Music from and Inspired by the Hit TV Show."

The "About You Now" EP also features the new songs "FYI" and "Party Girl."

Cosgrove, who has been acting since she was 9, has also co-starred in the Nickelodeon series "Drake & Josh," as well as in the films "School of Rock," "Yours, Mine and Ours" and "Keeping Up with the Steins."
