NEW YORK, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- Mariska Hargitay has returned to the New York set of her TV drama "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" after suffering a partially collapsed lung.

An NBC publicist told Usmagazine.com that the 45-year-old actress returned to the "SUV" set Monday, while Hargitay's representative also confirmed to People.com, "She's back at work."

The show took a break last week while Hargitay dealt with her health issue and recuperated, People.com reported, adding the actress has not revealed what might have caused the condition. She reportedly underwent surgery to treat her partially collapsed lung earlier this month.

Usmagazine.com said Hargitay is expected to appear in all of this season's episodes of "SVU."
