LONDON, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- British rock icon Ronnie Wood has denied reports his 20-year-old girlfriend, Ekaterina Ivanova, is pregnant with his baby.

Wood reportedly left his wife, Jo, last summer for Ivanova, a Russian cocktail waitress. Jo and Ronnie Wood have been married since 1985.

The Sun said rumors the 61-year-old Rolling Stones bassist and guitarist is soon to be a father again started swirling when Ivanova was spotted wearing a maternity-style, baggy blue dress while the couple was shopping in New York.

"These are all ridiculous rumors and we would like to make it clear that Ekaterina is not pregnant," Wood and Ivanova said in a joint statement issued to The Sun.
