Moss and Armisen get engaged

NEW YORK, Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Elisabeth Moss's publicist has confirmed to E! News that the U.S. actress recently got engaged to comedian Fred Armisen.

Moss is best known for her work on TV's "Mad Men" and "The West Wing." She is currently performing on Broadway in the revival of David Mamet's "Speed-the-Plow." Armisen is a cast member of "Saturday Night Live."

"It happened just a few days ago," Moss told USAWeekend.com. "It's private, so I don't want to share the details of how it happened, but I will say it was perfect."

E! News said the fact Moss and Armisen are a couple only became public about a week ago.
