SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 19 (UPI) -- Bruce Springsteen is making his video-game debut with two downloadable songs available exclusively through "Guitar Hero World Tour," Activision Publishing said.

The company said the Track Pack, featuring Springsteen's anthem "Born to Run" and his new song "My Lucky Day," will be offered for downloading starting Jan. 27 and will coincide with the release of Springsteen's latest album, "Working on a Dream."

The Track Pack will be free to download during the first week of the album's release.

"Bruce Springsteen has been a defining force in rock 'n' roll and we are incredibly excited to have him make his video-game debut with 'Guitar Hero World Tour,'" Robert Kotick, chief executive officer of Activision Blizzard, said in a statement.

Springsteen's longtime manager Jon Landau added, "Activision has been a leader in getting music to the public in new ways and we are very happy to have them making these two songs available to their audience."
