'Moments,' 'Right One' top Beetle awards

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- "Everlasting Moments" and "Let the Right One In" each have picked up five Golden Beetle awards in Stockholm, Sweden.

"Moments" took the best picture prize Monday night, while its stars, Mikael Persbrandt and Maria Heiskanen, won the respective awards for best actor and actress in a leading role. Co-star Jesper Christensen earned the best actor in a supporting role honor.

Maria Lundqvist won the best actress in a supporting role trophy for her work in "Heaven's Heart."

Tomas Alfredson earned the best director honor for "Right One," which also nabbed the gongs for best screenplay, best cinematography, best sound and best production design.

Ang Lee's "Lust, Caution" won the Beetle for best foreign language film and veteran actress Harriet Andersson was honored with the Swedish Film Institute's lifetime achievement award.
