NEW YORK, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- Clearview Cinemas announced it will present a six-day exclusive screening engagement of all five "Harry Potter" films at New York's Ziegfeld Theatre.

The "Potter" marathon is set to take place from Friday through Dec. 24.

During the event's opening weekend, the films will be shown for more than 12 consecutive hours in order of when the films were released, starting at 10 a.m. each day with "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" and concluding with "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix."

"Whether people are seeing these 'Harry Potter' films for the first or fifth time, we are giving adults and children alike the opportunity to enjoy them once again the way they were meant to be seen, on the big screen in a premiere venue like the Ziegfeld Theatre," Craig Zeltner, vice president of film for Clearview Cinemas, said in a statement Wednesday. "The 'Harry Potter' movie marathon is another example of Clearview's commitment to provide unique entertainment choices for all audiences."
