LOS ANGELES, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Actress Alyssa Milano has filed documents seeking a restraining order against an alleged stalker in Los Angeles.

The documents describe Jeff Turner, 54, Santa Cruz., Calif., as an unstable "celebrity stalker fan" who once broke into her home.

"Access Hollywood" reports Milano, best known for her roles in the television series "Charmed" and "Who's the Boss," said Turner was a personal friend of someone in her family.

The documents said Turner was allegedly harassing Milano as recently as last week.
