CHICAGO, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Oprah Winfrey has told "Access Hollywood" that, contrary to reports, "The Oprah Winfrey Show" may not end in 2011.
Winfrey told the entertainment news program she doesn't plan to pull the plug on her syndicated talk show when the Oprah Winfrey Network kicks off on cable in 2011 on the Discovery channel.
"I'm not done!" Winfrey said. "I'm a very multi-dimensional woman. I can do a show. I can have OWN. I can have a magazine. I can do radio."
The iconic television personality announced in January she was starting up OWN and would share 50/50 ownership with Discovery Networks. Winfrey is to serve as the chairman of the network and reportedly will have full editorial control over the channel and its Web site.
In her talk with "Access Hollywood," Winfrey also denied a rumor that she might lend some of her personal jewels to future first lady Michelle Obama on inauguration night.
"No, Michelle can take care of herself," Winfrey said. "She is the first lady."
