LONDON, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- The estranged wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood says she is very happy being separated from the British rocker.

Wood's wife, Jo, said while the 61-year-old rocker did leave their marriage of 23 years to run away with a young Russian waitress, she is extremely happy to be separated and finalizing a divorce, The Daily Mail said Friday.

"When I look happy it's no longer a facade," the 53-year-old said. "Time heals everything ... I've thrown myself into working and keeping fit. And I'm out all the time. I'm so busy, which is great."

The former model is thought to have received a divorce settlement from Wood that would pay her $4.6 million a year, the Mail reported.

The newspaper said Wood has yet to see his daughter, Leah, since the couple's separation, despite hearing news she was pregnant with his first grandchild.
