LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- A publicist for Whitney Houston has denied the U.S. singer met with former husband, singer Bobby Brown, in Georgia to rekindle their relationship.

While Houston and Brown were reported to have spent time together during an intimate dinner recently, publicist Nancy Seltzer said the "I Will Always Love You" singer is not planning a romantic reunion with her estranged ex-husband, E! Online reported Friday.

The 45-year-old Houston has also been romantically linked to rapper Ray J, 27.

Seltzer said in a released statement that Houston and Brown are not resuming their relationship that ended in April 2007 with a bitter divorce.

E! Online said during the couple's 14-year marriage, allegations ranging from infidelity to abuse surrounded the musical celebrities.

The two singers did have one child together, their daughter Bobbi Kristina.
