GLOUCESTER, England, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Actress Judi Dench and TV star Stephen Fry were two of the celebrities who attended a gala birthday celebration for British Prince Charles, guests say.
The Sunday Times of London reported the intimate, yet stylish, celebration of Charles's 60th birthday Saturday also included live performances by comedian Omid Djalili and singer Rod Stewart.
Other celebrities included comedic actors Sanjeev Bhaskar and Meera Syal, along with British author David Frost and "Mr. Bean" star Rowan Atkinson.
A total of 75 friends and family were in attendance at the Gloucestershire home of Charles and his wife Camilla.
The party, which featured gourmet organic food, marked the final celebration of the prince's birthday. The Times said Charles was previously honored with a comic celebration at the New Wimbledon Theater in London Wednesday and with a formal Buckingham Palace event Thursday.
