LOS ANGELES, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Jaime Pressly said she and her disc jockey fiance Eric Cubiche still love each other, but are no longer a couple.

Pressly, who stars on the TV sit-com "My Name is Earl," and Cubiche are the parents of an 18-month-old son named Dezi James. The couple had been engaged for about two years before they called it quits.

"We are taking a break from our relationship, but we are together every day with Dezi and still love each other very much," Pressly told "Access Hollywood." "As you know we have been friends for over 10 years and will remain close friends as we both adore our son and want to make sure he knows we both love him more than life."
