Olsen to guest star on 'Samantha Who?'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Former U.S. child star Mary-Kate Olsen has signed up for a guest appearance on the sit-com "Samantha Who?," ABC announced.

Olsen is best known for sharing the role of Michelle with her twin sister Ashley on the 1980s and 1990s series "Full House." She and Ashley also starred in numerous children's and teen movies and have their own fashion line. Mary-Kate Olsen is scheduled to appear in the Nov. 10 episode of "Samantha Who?"

"After an altercation with a cop, Samantha (Christina Applegate) is arrested and given community service, where she meets Natalie (Olsen,) a troubled young woman. Sam feels that it's her duty to help the wayward Natalie turn her life around, in spite of warnings from Andrea (Jennifer Esposito) that Natalie's a bad seed who can't be turned," ABC said in a news release.
