Duchess takes aim at explicit music videos
Monday, November 30
LONDON, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Troubled British soul singer Amy Winehouse was videotaped in a London studio busting up her guitar and ranting about how the devil makes her use drugs.
The Daily Telegraph said the 25-year-old performer complained about music industry bigwigs and blamed her addiction to drugs on Satan in footage captured during a recent recording session for her forthcoming third album.
In other Winehouse news, disc jockey and producer Mark Ronson has confirmed he and the singer plan to record a new version of Lesley Gore's "You Don't Own Me" for a Quincy Jones tribute album.
"I haven't seen her in a while, but we'll get in the studio and we'll do the song, and hopefully we'll do a good job," Ronson told the Telegraph.
