'Desperate' actor in motorcycle crash

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 15 (UPI) -- U.S. television actor Gale Harold has been seriously injured in a motorcycle crash, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Harold is best known for playing Teri Hatcher's character's boyfriend on "Desperate Housewives," as well as Brian on "Queer as Folk."

TMZ said he is in the Intensive Care Unit of Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center following Tuesday's crash.

The report did not give any details regarding the incident or the nature of Harold's injuries.
