LOS ANGELES, Oct. 8 (UPI) -- Canadian-born actor-director Jason Priestley has agreed to direct an upcoming episode of the teen television drama "90210," a CW representative said.
Priestley was one of the stars of "Beverly Hills, 90210," the 1990s series of which "90210" is a spin-off.
E! News reported Priestley has signed on to direct this season's 18th episode.
Priestley's former co-stars Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty have both reprised their roles from the original show in the new spin-off.
