LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- U.S. comedians Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman, who ended their five-year relationship in July, are dating again, a source told People magazine.

"They're taking it slow," an insider said. "They're on the road back to being together again."

Kimmel and Silverman reportedly have been seen holding hands in both Los Angeles and New York during the last week or so.

People magazine said they both attended Howard Stern's wedding where Kimmel was spotted hugging Silverman around her waist.

Their representatives declined to comment on their dating status.

"We talk every day. It's fine, it's great," Silverman told Tuesday's edition of the New York Times, without specifically saying they were or were not dating again. "I'm doing his show at the end of the month. We're very Demi and Bruce."

Usmagazine.com said Silverman dodged the subject on the chat show "The View" Tuesday, as well.

"In total respect to you and your legendness," Silverman told "View" co-host Barbara Walters, "I do not feel beholden or compelled to define my personal relationship."

When panelist Joy Behar scoffed, "Oh, come off it," Silverman replied: "It's not like a big drama thing, we're just not defining it. We're just being right now. Is that OK?"
