LOS ANGELES, Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Celebrity disc jockey Adam Goldstein attended the memorial service of a passenger killed in a South Carolina Learjet crash that he survived, sources said.
Goldstein, who is know professionally as D.J. AM, and rock musician Travis Barker were on board an aircraft that crashed earlier this month, killing four people, including Barker's 29-year-old friend and assistant, Chris Baker.
Goldstein and Barker, who were the only survivors, were hospitalized in Georgia with burns, but have since been released. Doctors said the entertainers are expected to make full recoveries.
Usmagazine.com reported the disc jockey rode in a bus from Augusta, Ga., to Los Angeles, so he could attend Baker's memorial service Monday.
"Both Travis and D.J. AM wanted to be back for (the funeral). Travis won't be able to walk for a while since his feet were burned badly," a source told Usmagazine.com.
Baker's family held a private memorial for him during the weekend, the entertainment Web site said.
People.com said more than 300 people attended Monday's two-hour-long remembrance ceremony.
Baker is survived by his wife, Otillia Villar, and 2-year-old son, Sebastian.
Goldstein wore a green polo shirt in keeping with Villar's request that people wear Baker's favorite hue, People.com said.
