

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers reportedly has signed on to co-star with John Travolta in the French thriller "From Paris with Love."
Meyers stars in the Showtime series "The Tudors" and has appeared in the films "Velvet Goldmine," "Match Point" and "August Rush."
Travolta, who is best known for his roles in "Saturday Night Fever," "Grease," "Look Who's Talking" and "Pulp Fiction," was recently seen in the movie musical "Hairspray."
Variety.com said Meyers and Travolta are to act together in "Paris," which is being directed by Pierre Morel from a script by Luc Besson and Adi Hasak.
The movie is about a young embassy worker and a U.S. secret agent who cross paths in Paris, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.
