LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor and filmmaker Jon Favreau reportedly is reuniting with his "Swingers" co-star Vince Vaughn for the new big-screen comedy "Couples Retreat."

Variety.com said Favreau wrote the film's screenplay, which his longtime collaborator Peter Billingsley is to direct.

Vaughn is producing the movie, which is about a quartet of couples at a tropical island resort. He will co-star with Favreau, Vaughn, Jason Bateman and Faizon Love, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.

Production is expected to begin late next month in Bora Bora and Los Angeles, Variety.com said.

Billingsley, who is best known as the child star of the yuletide classic "A Christmas Story," collaborated with Vaughn on "Four Christmases" and "The Break-Up," and with Favreau on "Iron Man," "Elf" and "Dinner for Five." Billingsley also worked with both Favreau and Vaughn on their 2001 film "Made."

Favreau and Vaughn previously co-starred in the 1996 movie "Swingers," which Favreau wrote.
